Cruises are our specialty — and we also book destination vacation packages. Either way, you get one personal planner for the whole trip.
Glaciers, whales, and frontier ports. Help choosing your route, season, cabin location, and shore excursions for the Inside Passage and beyond.
Eastern, Western, and Southern Caribbean sailings. Warm water, easy planning, and some of the best value at sea — a great first big cruise.
Family reunions, friends' trips, and celebrations at sea. Coordinated cabins and group planning, so everyone sails together without the organizer headache.
Never cruised before? Plain-English guidance on ships, cabins, dining, drink packages, and what to expect — so your first sailing feels easy.
Not every great trip floats. We also book destination vacation packages — all-inclusive resorts, escorted tours, and custom land packages with hotels, transfers, and experiences bundled into one easy plan.
When Colorado turns cold, the Western Caribbean is at its best — warm seas, dry skies, and ports that mix beach days with real adventure. It's also the smart time to plan: the best 2027 cabins and sailing dates are booked early.
Best months: December – April for weather; November sailings offer early-season value
Sails from: Galveston, Tampa, Port Canaveral, Miami, and New Orleans
Best for: First-time cruisers, families, and anyone trading snow for sand
Planning tip: 2027 itineraries are open now — booking early locks in cabin choice and pricing
Every cruise destination has its moment. Here's our recommendation for each time of year — tell us when you can travel, and we'll match the destination.
Caribbean, at its peak. The driest, sunniest weeks of the year in the Eastern and Western Caribbean — the classic escape-from-winter sailing. Book early; holiday weeks sell out first.
Caribbean value + Alaska opens. Caribbean crowds thin after spring break with gentler prices, and Alaska's season starts in May with fresh snow on the peaks and fewer ships in port.
Alaska, in full glory. Long daylight, active glaciers, and peak whale and wildlife viewing. This is Alaska's prime season — and the best window for family groups while school is out.
Shoulder-season savings. Alaska winds down in September with fall colors and northern-lights potential; Caribbean prices dip, and late November — our Destination of the Month window — starts the dry season.
You get a real person who knows cruising — not a call center or a booking website.
Planning and booking help doesn't add to your cruise price — you get expert guidance, and someone in your corner if plans change.

“Tom planned the whole cruise ship experience. I had never been on a cruise before, and he made all the plans — from knowing which floor and area of the ship was best, to seeing all the islands we stopped at and the different cultures.”

Three simple steps from idea to sailing.
Call, email, message on Facebook, or send the inquiry form below. Where you'd like to go, roughly when, and who's sailing.
Tom narrows it to the right ships and sailings for your budget, explains the options plainly, and books the one you pick.
Excursion and travel tips before you go, and a real person to call if anything comes up along the way.
Tom is the owner and travel specialist behind ToCo Travel, based in Mead, Colorado. He has been booking travel for family and friends for over 12 years — long before ToCo Travel had a name — and now brings that same trusted, personal planning to every client.
He specializes in cruises — helping clients plan Alaska and Caribbean sailings, group cruises, and first cruises with confidence — and also books destination vacation packages, from all-inclusive resorts to escorted tours.
His approach is personal and plain-spoken: understand what kind of trip you actually want, match it to the right ship and sailing, and stay in your corner from the first question to the trip home.
Quick answers before you even pick up the phone.
No. Cruise lines build advisor compensation into their pricing, so planning and booking through Tom costs you the same as booking direct — with personal guidance included instead of a call center.
For the best cabin choice and pricing, 9–14 months ahead is ideal for Alaska and peak-season Caribbean sailings. That said, good options often exist 3–6 months out — ask, and we'll see what's realistic.
Yes — group cruises are a specialty. We coordinate cabins, dining, and planning for family reunions, celebrations, and friends' trips so the organizer doesn't have to herd everyone alone.
Start with a conversation. We'll talk through ship sizes, cabin types, seasickness concerns, and what's included, then suggest a first sailing that fits your comfort level and budget.
That's exactly when having an advisor helps. Tom explains each sailing's deposit and cancellation terms before you book, and if plans change, you have a real person to call to sort out options.
